To ensure safe travel on public transport, please observe the Swiss government’s hygiene guidelines and the protective measures applicable to public transport.
|Wearing a mask is mandatory in all public transport vehicles throughout Switzerland. This obligation also applies in railway stations, waiting rooms, subways and shops. It also applies to people who have already been fully vaccinated.
Information from the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) on masks.
Measures for public transport:
|Observe prescribed distances|
|Buy your ticket online
We recommend that you buy your ticket in advance directly in our webshop. You also have the possibility to book your seat in the train.
|Follow hygiene rules|
Please consult the online timetable and the current traffic situation before each journey.
|Allow free space|
|We regularly clean
We have increased the cleaning of the trains: several times a day, contact surfaces such as handrails, buttons, tables, armrests and toilets are cleaned and disinfected.
Safety concept for restaurants (Rochers-de-Naye and Pléiades):
|According to the directives of the Swiss Government, a COVID certificate must be shown at the restaurant. The certificate is compulsory from 16 years old. The certificate is only valid with an official ID. The information on your ID card must be identical to the information on your COVID certificate (surname, first name, date of birth).|
